Returns

Email us with your order number and the pieces you want to send back.

We reply with a return label and instructions for booking a collection or dropping the parcel off.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return has been checked.

If you live in the EU you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This policy does not limit that right.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
